Palladium Times Square

This venue was pretty sweet! I frequent shows regularly and been to many venues across many states, this one didn’t disappoint. When you enter the building, you go down an escalator so you are essentially partying under time square. It had 3 tiers: floor standing only, middle level elevated standing only (pic), and an upper mezzanine with seats. Nice bathrooms with many stalls. 3 coat checks. Plenty of bars and bar tenders. Friendly staff. Nothing I can complain about. Pro tip: get your coat before the show ends that line gets crazy.

Wonderful staff at this venue. Came here for a new years event where I was inappropriately grabbed by another guest - we informed security, they had the other guest removed, and my group was placed in a private section for the both nights of the event. Rachel was the woman who took care of us and actively checked on us as needed, she was amazing and really turned my night around. It was amazing that safety and comfort is a top priority here.

This is a pretty small venue. Pretty, in this case, would mean beautiful. I truly like the atmosphere and the location of this theater. What I would not recommend is buying floor seats. They are way too small, and you are literally touching the person next to you. That's uncomfortable. The restrooms were extremely clean as well as the entire venue. The personnel were courteous and professional. The sound was excellent. This is a little jewel hidden in Times Square. I strongly 💪 recommend it 👌!

This is a beautiful place. I was there for a stand up comedy. It’s clean and well maintained. The entire event was well organized. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The seats, lights and sound in the auditorium is great. Over all the acoustics was good. Make sure you do not carry any food or drinks since you have to go through the security check. They serve alcohol in the auditorium, and it’s priced reasonably.

Palladium Times Square is a new theatre. Modern. Box office is outside to the left of the entry door. Security check on the right of the doors to enter. No beverages, snacks. They check all bags. Metal detectors to enter. Once in you use the escalators down. Concession bars, coat check and bathrooms are located outside of the theatre. Very large bathrooms with circular sinks. Beautiful venue. Theater has movable chairs. Speaker system is excellent. I came to see Tape Face Show it was extremely funny and entertaining. I suggest 16+ for too adult content. This venue is excellent for clubbing. Excellent location. There is no parking in this area suggest paid parking lots, cab or take metro train or bus. Very easy to get to by transit.

I had been looking forward to attending Julieta Venega’s concert for weeks. I could not wait to see her life. However, when I got to the Palladium Times Square well before the concert started, the line to access the venue went around the block. There were no security staff to be seen anywhere and we had to wait for 30 minutes to get into the venue. As a result, by the time we reached our seats (well beyond 8:20 PM) the concert had already started. We missed the first part! Also, at the entrance I was made to drop in a trash can a perfectly and fully wrapped muffin that I happened to carry in my bag (see picture attached). To my big surprise, mojitos and pizza were sold in the venue, but I was not allowed to keep a muffin I was not even going to eat. I appreciate that you enforce your policies so strictly. However, I wonder whether your SECURITY AND SAFETY POLICY is enforced with the same seriousness. People were entering the venue up until 9PM because of the delays and lack of organization to manage access the venue. As a result, during the first hour or so of the concert, people were being ushered to their seats - often several times because the staff doing this job did not know how to do it. This disturbed the rest of the people attending the concert whose view was constantly blocked by people trying to get to their seats. Not to speak of people constantly going up and down the stairs leading to the “dance floor/standing area” to reach the bar conveniently improvised next to the stairs. I paid a lot of money to enjoy a concert and, instead, I was constantly disturbed by people looking for their seats and going to buy drinks. But the worst part was having to worry about my personal safety since the stairs leading from the “seat area” to the “dance floor area” were constantly blocked by people who were not meant to be there! This blocked our view and compromised the safety and security of all the people attending the concert (I am attaching pictures for reference). People were blocking the stairs and standing on both sides of the area where the seats are. However, your security staff WERE NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. In short, this concert that was supposed to be great experience turned into a very stressful experience due to the lack of professionalism of your staff and bad organization of the concert in general. I wish you applied your “security and safety policies” as strictly as your food policy.
